Lockwood manages over 4,400 units in two states offering a variety of living options including affordable and income-based apartments, senior living communities and luxury apartments and townhomes. We have found that by focusing on our residents and the service our associates provide them, we create strong communities and as a result, achieve success and satisfaction.
Our management style is “hands on,” devoting time to onsite training and coaching of our property associates. We make a significant investment in-house training and classes offered through area apartment associations and tax credit professionals. Our Area and Regional Managers have smaller portfolios which allow them to dedicate time to employee development, resident satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
Our valued residents can expect a commitment to providing prompt service, including a policy of no more than a 24-hour response time for service work inside their apartment. We work closely with community support services and agencies for referrals for our residents, if needed.
Lockwood Management employs consistency in management and accounting practices. We provide online services to residents for rental payments and maintenance requests. We also offer virtual tours, online leasing and virtual move-ins in selective locations.
